HELEN C. NEITZ LUGINBILL
Funeral services for Helen C. Luginbill, age 86, of Enid will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2005 in Christ United Methodist Church. Rev. Sherry Shaw will officiate. Burial will follow in Karoma Cemetery at Goltry, OK. Arrangements are with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Helen was born January 25, 1919 in Philadelphia, PA. to Henry and Elizabeth May Rittenhouse Neitz and died early Tuesday afternoon, April 26, 2005 at her home.
She graduated high school in the Philadelphia School system. In 1957 she moved to Enid to live with her brother, Robert, who was stationed at Vance Air Force Base as a pilot. Helen worked for W.B. Johnston Grain Company in Enid for 24 years as a bookkeeper.
On January 21, 1960, Helen married Leonard Luginbill at the Christian Church in Jet, OK. They made their home in Enid and were there until her death.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and also a member of U.M.W. (United Methodist Women).
Helen is survived by her husband, Leonard Luginbill, of the home, two brothers, Bill Neitz of PA., and Br. General Robert Neitz (Retired) of Burke, VA., a sister, Elizabeth Eickner of PA., and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made through the funeral home to Hospice Circle of Love.
