DONNA MAE CRITES-BECKER
Funeral services for Donna Mae Crites-Becker will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2006, at Ladusau-Evans Chapel. Rev. Don Tines will officiate. Burial will be in Karoma Cemetery, Goltry. Ar-rangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Fu-neral Home.
She was born July 2, 1934, to Carl H. and Lela Mae (Sampson) Hess in Kansas and died Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.
She married Edward Crites Dec. 23, 1951, at Lahoma Baptist Church. Edward died Aug. 24, 1999.
Donna married Lee “Bus” Becker May 23, 2005, at Greenbrier Nursing Home. She was a member of United Christian Church of Lahoma, As-Sisters Club, and Women’s Church Club. She enjoyed bird watching, feeding stray cats, fishing and loved eating buffalo wings. She made the best pie crust ever!
She is survived by her husband, Lee; one daughter, Juanita Cooper of Lahoma; five sisters, Shirley Butts, Jeannette Dennis, Peggy Armstrong, Norma Gee and Jean Terry; one brother, Dale Edward Hess; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Edward A. Crites, one sister, and one brother. (Paid Obit 5-12-1)
