October 20, 1955 - February 28, 2023

Funeral service for Mark Kuepfer, 67 of Goltry, will be Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 2:00 pm in Pleasant View Mennonite Church, Goltry, with Pastor Randy Schmidt officiating. Burial will follow in Karoma Cemetery, Goltry under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory, Enid.

Mark was born October 20, 1955 in Alma, Michigan to Carl and Ellen (Mininger) Kuepfer and died February 28, 2023 in Enid, Oklahoma.

He started working in his parent's bakery as a child in Harrison, Michigan. Mark did logging and worked at B & B Redi-Mix for 25 years. Then he built houses, and trusses and worked for area farmers. On November 30, 1974, he married Sharon Whelpley. Mark lived in Helena, Jet, Enid and Goltry. Many of his friends called him Moses.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Kuepfer; and brother, Larry Kuepfer.

He is survived by Sharon Kuepfer of the home; children, Scott and wife, Stephanie Kuepfer of Drummond, OK, John and wife, Laurie Kuepfer of King George, Virginia, Stacy and husband, Patrick Moore of Aspen, Colorado; six grandchildren, Justin, Elijah, Stephen, Emma, Elizabeth, and Brayden; mother, Ellen Kuepfer of Goltry; siblings, Cherry Dirksen, Gene and wife, Becky Kuepfer, Davy and wife, Carrie Kuepfer, all of Goltry; sister-in-law, Carolyn Kuepfer of Austin, Colorado; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorials may be made to Anderson-Burris.
