March 23, 1990 - November 08, 2018

Jake Colton Simpson passed away November 8, 2018, as the result of an automobile accident. He was employed by Marsua Enterprises in Enid.

Still here on earth are Jake's daughters, Hadleigh and Adelynn; their mother, Taira; his close friend, Tiffani Kriegler and her two children, Declan and Brighton; his sister, Randi Hladik and her husband, Jacob and children, Cash and Josie; his sister, Kate Dotson and brother, Ty Dotson; his mother, Trisha Dotson and stepdad, Rob; his dad, Wayne Simpson; grandparents, Marilynn Davisson, Bob Davisson, John and Marian Dotson; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Jake accepted Jesus as his personal savior when he was a young boy, in his living room one evening after his bedtime Bible story.

We may not always understand God's plan. In our opinion, Jake left us too early. We will, however, not allow our faith to waiver as we work to accept God's perfect plan which sometimes seems to clash with our earthly ideas.

Funeral service is 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at the Central National Bank Event Center, Enid. Burial follows at Good Hope Cemetery, south of Helena. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc. of Helena.

Memorials may be made to Taira Simpson for Hadleigh and Adelynn Simpson, through Lanman Funeral Home, P.O. Box 126, Helena, OK 73741.
