Hazel Ferne Griswold Couch
Helena, OK. -- The funeral for Hazel Ferne Couch, 83, who died Saturday at an Oklahoma City hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Helena First Christian Church. The Rev. Edmund Pendleton will officiate. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery directed by Kenny Lanman Funeral Home.
She was born October 5, 1904 and died March 19, 1988.
Survivors include a son, Leland of Helena, OK.; a sister, Irene Stagner of Helena, OK.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Iro, in 1971, and a son, Lyle.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Cancer Division, or to the church.
