Fairview-Graveside service for Sharon K. Harmon will be Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Cherokee Municipal Cemetery. Viewing will be Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.at the funeral home.

Sharon was born on June 24, 1943 in Kiowa, Kansas to William Robert Cloyd and Edna Edith Jantz Cloyd and passed from this life on July 17, 2017 in Fairview. She married Harlan “Pete” Harmon on November 17, 1965 in Cherokee. Sharon had lived in Buffalo, Woodward, Gage, Shattuck, Laverne and Fairview. Sharon’s hobbies included flower gardening and crocheting. She really enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Sharon was a member of Fairview Church of Christ. After the church closed she attended Garland Road Church of Christ in Enid.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Pete of Fairview; three children, Felecia Callaway of Higgins, Texas, Dennis Moore and wife, DeLene of Oklahoma City and Greg Harmon and wife, Wilinda of Fairview; seven grandchildren, Nicole Callaway, Ray Callaway, Melissa and Stephen Whitehead, Andrew and Jenna Moore, Eric Schmidt, Brendan Schmidt and Cale Harmon; two great grandchildren, Alex Callaway and Caleb Meininger; sister, Verda Harding of Fritz, Texas; sisters-in-law, Rotha Cloyd of Midland, Texas and Maxine Cloyd of Newberg, Oregon.

Those who preceded Sharon in death include her parents; brothers, Earl Cloyd and Warren Cloyd; son-in-law, Leonard Callaway and brother-in-law, Leonard Harding.

Memorials may be given to Fairview Regional Medical Center through the funeral home.
