ENID — Funeral for Allen Coffman Jr., 36, will be 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside will be in Cherokee Cemetery.

Allen was born Sept. 17, 1974, in Naples, Italy, to Allen and Anke Hoffmann Coffman Sr. and died Monday, Aug. 8, 2011, in Oklahoma City.

Surviving are his parents, Bud and Ann Coffman of Yukon; brother, Tom Coffman of Yukon; sister, Andrea Ross of Midwest City; grandmother, Genevieve Beavers of Enid; Allison Murphree of Edmond; two nieces; two nephews; one great-niece; two great-nephews; and three aunts and two uncles.

ENID — Funeral service for Allen R. Coffman Jr., 36, will be 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12, 2011, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Keith Winrich will officiate. Graveside will be in Cherokee Cemetery, Cherokee, Okla., with Rev. Tom Cooksey officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Allen was born Sept. 17, 1974, in Naples, Italy, to Allen and Anke Hoffmann Coffman Sr. and died Monday, Aug. 8, 2011, in Oklahoma City, Okla.

He was raised in Cherokee, Okla., and then Oklahoma City, where he attended Jefferson Middle School. He moved to Yukon, where he attended Mustang High School.

He worked in construction and industrial businesses. He worked for Atlas Steel in Edmond until he was injured on the job.

He loved to play pool and his Pittsburg Steelers. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Cherokee.

Survivors include his parents, Bud and Ann Coffman of Yukon; brother, Tom Coffman and wife Nadia of Yukon, Okla.; sister, Andrea Ross and husband John of Midwest City, Okla.; the love of his life, Allison Murphree of Edmond, Okla.; grandmother, Genevieve Beavers of Enid, Okla.; two nieces, Sabrina and Ashley; two nephews, Dakota and John; one great-niece, Keyona; two great-nephews, Keyunta and Keiwan; three aunts and two uncles; several other family members; and his caregivers at OU Medical Center and Select Specialty Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, grandfathers, grandmother; aunt, Janice Webster and uncle, Butch Coffman.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Cherokee Youth Department.
