Viola Christina (Wilson) Herren
The graveside service for Viola Christina Herren, 94, of Alva, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Byron & Amorita Cemetery. Dr. Greg Hook will officiate. Arrangements are by Marshall Funeral Home, Alva.
She was born Dec. 25, 1910, in Jet to James Edwin and Chloie Louella Starbuck Wilson and died Sunday, April 24, 2005, at Share Medical Center, Alva.
She attended school in Jet and Cherokee.
She married Amos Floyd Herren Feb. 26, 1934, in Alva.
Surviving are her three sons, Robert Dean Herren of Dacoma, Clifford Leon Herren, and Floyd Wayne Herren both of Alva; 10 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos on Aug. 4, 1987, three sisters, and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Beadles Nursing Home Activity Fund.
