Sarah Rose Walker

Sarah Rose WALKER, was born October 5th, 1865 and died August 15, 1947.
She was married to Wiley W. WALKER and to this union were born four children, two of whom preceded her in death.
She leaves to mourn her passing, two sons, G.B. WALKER of Westville and Jess WALKER of Selma, California, 11 grandchildren; Marie EAGLETON, Jack and Dink WALKER of Westville, Vernon WALKER of Tulsa, Louis WALKER of the Merchant Marines, Juanita BETTENCOURT of Kingsburg, Calif., Fred HELM, Douglas, Virgil, Arlas and Wanda WALKER, all of Selma, Calif.; 16 great grandchildren; one sister, Mattie PHARRIS of Fullerton, Calif.; two brothers, H.C. ROSE of Claremore and T.N. ROSE of Seminole; also many friends and other relatives.
Funeral services were conducted at Wrights Chapel, Tuesday evening at 2:00 o'clock, by Rev. Lee MCELHANEY of Aurora, Arkansas.

Burial was in the Westville Cemetery, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
