Vera "Maurine" (Hill) Turner

Vera Maurine Turner, daughter of Lon and Vera (Jackson) Hill, was born on January 17, 1947 in Quemado, Texas and passed from this life on Monday, September 28, 2020 in Springdale, Arkansas at 73 years of age.
 

She was preceded in death by her parents: Lon and Vera Hill, her husband: Ray Turner, brothers: J T Hill, Don Hill, Gene Hill and sister: Joyce Cox.
 

She leaves behind a devoted family.  They include her children: Ron Turner and wife Karen of Westville, OK, Clay Turner and wife Gina of Colcord, OK, Clint Turner and wife Kim of Westville, Cheryl Turner of Ft. Gibson, OK, 18 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, siblings: Jack Hill and wife Beverly of Lockhart, TX, Ed Hill and wife Kris of Birmingham, AL, Reba Clark of Siloam Springs, AR, Janice Lyttle and husband Mike of Watts, OK, sisters-in-law: Rita Hill of Texas and Retha Hill of Oklahoma.
 

Maurine also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
 

Graveside services were held at 10 am on Friday, October 2, 2020 at Westville City Cemetery, Westville, OK with Bro. Jim Beavers officiating.  Interment followed under the direction of Roberts & Hart Funeral Home, Westville, OK.
