Leonard Lewis Summers

Leonard Lewis SUMMERS, son of Pinky SUMMERS and Della Ann CUMMINS SUMMERS was born April 4, 1926, in Glenpool and departed this life to be with our Lord, Sunday, December 5, 1999 at his home in Westville at the age of 73 years and 8 months.
Leonard was a dry wall finisher for a number of years before retirement. He was also a veteran of World War II, having served his country proudly in the army.
He is preceded in death by both parents; and four brothers, Frank, Fred, Jim and Gene SUMMERS. He is survived by one son, Lewis; one brother, David; two sisters, Mary and Lela; and one stepdaughter, Gwen, all of Oklahoma; and by eight grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services were held Friday, December 10, 1999 at the Westville City Cemetery with Chaplain Donald D. NIBLETT of Tahlequah officiating, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home of Westville.
