Ruby Sisk

Ruby Sisk was born in Chance, OK., on January 26, 1926, and departed this life on March 22, 2006 at Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, AR., at the age of 80 years.
She was the first daughter of James Harve Hooper and Myrtle Elizabeth Bell Hooper.
On September 10, 1944 she married Cecil Sisk, Sr. and took on a new life of working together with her husband and his parents in building and operating the Sisk Dairy Farm. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Westville, OK., She enjoyed sewing, canning, cooking and working puzzles, but the true joy in her life was her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Cecil, two sisters, Dorothy Laramore and Cecil Sellers and her grandson, Kevin Guthrie.
She is survived by her son Cecil Sisk, Jr. and wife Paula of Westville; her daughter Donna Smith and husband Jerry of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Melissa Smay and husband Jim of Stillwater, Carla Swank and husband Ryan of Westville, and Daniel Sisk and wife Roberta of Tahlequah; and five great grandchildren; Hannah Smay, Caleb Swank, Joshua Swank, Emma Swank, and Ethan Swank, one sister; Hattie Phipps of Anderson, CA., and one brother, Jim Hooper of Stilwell.
Funeral services were held Friday, March 24, 2006 in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with Bro. James Duffel officiating.

Internment followed in the Westville City Cemetery under the direction of the Roberts Funeral Home in Westville, OK.
