Erebana "Polly" Ross

Erebana "Polly" Ross, 73, of Linden, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2008 in a Longview Hospital.
She was born November 11, 1934 in Watts, Oklahoma to John R. and Emma Ray Jones Ward.

She was retired from the Texas Department of Transportation and a member of the First Baptist Church of Linden.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband; S.C. Ross, a son; Scott Ross of Linden, a daughter; Ginger Bamburg of Waxahachie, a brother; Jimmy Ward of Broken Arrow, OK., a sister; Peggy Webb of Claremore, OK., five grandchildren and one grand-daughter-in-law; Brian and Elizabeth Ross, Daniel Ross, Ross Bamburg, Tara Bamburg, Kathryn Ross, one great grandson; Alex Ross, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services were held Friday, July 11, 2008 at 11:00 am in the Roberts Funeral Chapel, interment followed in the Westville City Cemetery under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
