Darrell Ross Paulk

Darrell Ross Paulk, son of Grady and Lura Mae (Dildine) Paulk was born April 27, 1936 in Savannah, TN and departed this life on February 7, 2013 in Fayetteville, AR at the age of 76 years, 9 months and 11 days.
Darrell worked for many years at Franklin Electric before retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and watching Cardinal baseball. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and attended Mt. View Freewill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sons; Huey “J.R.” Paulk and Marshall Dorn Paulk, his siblings; Hazel Turner, Dorothy Cullison, Frank Paulk, Eldridge Paulk and Joan Grigsby.
Darrell is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Shirley Paulk of the home in Westville, OK, children; Ricky Paulk of Paragould, AR, Quida Hill and husband David of Fayetteville, AR, Karen Cooper and husband Marty of Marion, AR, and Darrellann Wise and husband Clifton of Springdale,AR. 13 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, siblings; Janet Lentz and husband Wyman of Newburn, TN, Rachel Reinert of Siloam Springs, AR, Theo Ward of Springdale, AR, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
Funeral services were held at 10 am on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Roberts & Hart Funeral Home, Westville, OK with Bro. Larry Kindle officiating.
 
Interment followed at Westville City Cemetery.

NOTE:  Darrell was an Airman 2nd Class in the US Air Force
