Wendell Dale McDaniel, son of Laudie and Annie Josephine (Robinson) McDaniel was born September 25, 1920 in Antlers, Oklahoma and departed this life February 20, 2015 in Colcord, Oklahoma at the age of 94 years, 4 months and 25 days.

He served his country proudly in the United States Army during World War II. He was a carpenter by trade and also enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Wendell was preceded in death by his parents; Laudie and Annie McDaniel, his wife; Ruth Arlene McDaniel, brother; Lawrence McDaniel, sister; Zelma Beavers, daughter; Wendellyn Satallante and one grandchild; Danielle Duncan.

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his sons; Robert Dale McDaniel of San Diego, CA, Larry Dwain McDaniel and wife Joyce of Tulsa, OK, Steven Allen McDaniel and wife Tracy of Sand Springs, OK. 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren also survive him.

Funeral services were held at 1 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Roberts & Hart Chapel, Westville, OK with Bro. Bill Matthews officiating. Interment followed at Westville City Cemetery, Westville, OK under the direction of Roberts & Hart Funeral Home.
