Obituary - JOHN H. HARMON - Stilwell Democrat Journal - May 27, 1971 Services for John H. Harmon, 74, were held from the Hart Memorial Chapel Tuesday, May 18, with the Rev. John Munson, pastor of the Westville Pentecostal Holiness Church, officiating. Harmon was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Born March 20, 1897, in Arkansas, the son of Andrew Jackson Harmon and Vona Faulkner Harmon, he died May 15 in the Stilwell Municipal Hospital after a long illness.
He is survived by: his wife, Kate, of the home; one son, J.R. "Jiggs" Harmon of Tulsa; a brother, Bill Harmon of Joplin, Missouri; five step-sons, J.C. Morris, Stilwell, Melvin Morris, Portland, Oregon, Lloyd Morris, Miami, Florida, and Floyd and Kenneth Morris, both of Westville and by six grandchildren and thirteen step grandchildren.
Burial was in the Westville Cemetery.
