Bobby Ray Choate

Bobby Ray Choate, son of Roy and Opal (Withrow) Choate, was born on January 19, 1942 in Cookson, Georgia and departed this life on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 in Westville, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years and 3 months.
Bobby was a longtime resident of the Westville area. He married Sue Johnson and they were blessed with a wonderful family. He was a truck driver by trade and was employed by Willis Shaw Express. His time among us was short, but he lived it well. Bobby will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents: Roy and Opal Choate, sister: Glenda Sutton.
Bobby is survived by his wife: Sue (Johnson) Choate of the home near Westville, OK, sons: Robert Choate and wife Serephia of Eton, GA, Jonathan Choate and wife Megan of Adair, GA, grandchildren: Julian Choate of Eton , GA, Andrew Choate of Adair, GA, Jesse Casell of Maine, Christina Kiddy and husband Matt of Westville, OK, Samantha Deyo of Derby, VT, great grandchildren: Aaron, Kyle and Emma Kiddy of Westville, OK, brothers and sisters: Ernie Choate and wife Linda, Jesse Choate and wife Victoria, Wanda Howard and husband Steve, Judy Mitchell and husband Billy, all of Calhoun, GA. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Roberts Chapel, Westville.
