Minnie Alice Bay, the daughter of Millard Filmore Kirk and Dora (Sheppard) Kirk, was born February 29, 1924, in Summers, Arkansas.

She departed this life October 13, 2007 in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years, 7 months and 14 days.
On April 18, 1942, Minnie was married to Vern William Bay in Westville, Oklahoma.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Westville and worked as a home health provider before her retirement. Minnie was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Eastern Star organization.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Vern Bay on November 3, 2001, five brothers ans sisters.
Minnie is survived by her daughter; Vickie Clausen of Owasso, OK, three grandchildren; Kimberly Dawn Evans, Cody Clausen both of Owasso, OK., and Kristinna Ranai Carlson of Keller, TX, four great grandchildren; Colton and Tanner Evans, Gordon Scott Carlson, and Marleigh Beth Carlson, two sisters; Iola Bay of Willow Springs, MO., and Edith Bias of Westville, OK and one brother; Paul Kirk of Westville, OK.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 18, 2007 at Westville City Cemetery with Bro. Don Waldrop officiating.

Burial is under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Westville.
