Lucy Christie Ketcher
November 24, 1927 - January 3, 2007

Lucy Christie Ketcher, daughter of Ned and Laura Sawney Christie, was born November 24, 1927 in Stilwell, Oklahoma.
She departed this life on January 3, 2007 at her home in the Wauhillau community where she lived all of her life, at the age of 79 years, one month and ten days.

Lucy was preceded in death by her parents, Ned and Laura Christie; one brother, Joe Christie; two sisters Jenny Christie Glass and Lizzie Christie and one grandson, Christopher Edward Ketcher.

Those left to mourn her passing are Edward and Judy Ketcher, of Beaumont, TX, Ray and Vivian Ketcher, of Stilwell, OK, Rogan and Sarah Noble of Stilwell, Robert and Coweta Young of Stilwell, Wanda Scott, also of Stilwell, and a special friend, Maggie Nofire, of Stilwell.
She also had 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, two nieces and two great grandnieces. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Services were held Monday, January 8, 2007 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bro. George Polecat officiating.
Internment followed at Stony Point Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
