Services for Forrest Franklin Woods, 91, Stilwell, were held Monday, December 19, 1994 at Hart Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Darrell Lacie and the Rev. Daniel Vaughn officiating. Interment was in the Stilwell City Cemetery.

Forrest was born on November 10, 1903 in Westville to Calvin Woods and Sarah Jane (Thurman) Woods. He died Friday, December 16 at Memorial Hospital in Stilwell.

He was a retired farmer and lifetime resident of Adair County.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, and five sisters.
He was married to Nettie Cox for over 50 years.

He is survived by: his wife, Nettie, of the home in Stilwell; one son, Haskell Whitmire, Tulsa; four daughters, JoAnn Hardy, Snohomish, Washington, Charlotte Moore, Yucca Valley, California, and Della Ann Laughlin and Billie Kay Brezina, both of Tulsa; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Oliver Woods, Westville.
