Deborah Kay (Benham) Wilson, daughter of David and Edna (Patterson) Benham, was born on December 22, 1954, in Stilwell, OK, and received her heavenly wings on July 17, 2012, at the age of 57 years, 6 months and 25 days.
Deb married the love of her life, Larry Craig Wilson, on June 4, 1976, in Stilwell, OK, and to this union two children were born: Latrecia Kay and Larry Charles.
She graduated from Stilwell High School in 1973, and in 1976 she earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Northeastern State University. She also devoted her life to serving God, raising her children, cooking, canning in the summer, sewing, and in the last 12 years being the best “Mammaw” every kid would love to have. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Edna Benham, and brother, Gene Benham.
Debbie is survived by a loving family that includes her husband, Larry, of the home; daughter, Latrecia James and husband Shandon; son, Larry Charles Wilson and wife Jessica, all of Stilwell, OK, 4 grandchildren: Shelby Lynn Wilson, Layne Craig Wilson, Aspyn Sayge James, and Landon Charles Wilson; brothers, Bill Benham and wife Shirley of Wagoner, OK, Joe Benham and wife Linda, Charles Benham, and wife Donna, Mike Benham, sisters-in-law, Nancy Benham and Melinda Benham, all of Stilwell, OK, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.
