Reba Jean Valdes was born June 25, 1966 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Willard and Letha (Hill) Dugger. She departed this life March 28, 2012, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 45 years, 9 months and 1 day.

Reba graduated from Stilwell High School and was employed with the Oklahoma Employment Office as an administrative assistant. She enjoyed gardening, going to mexican dances and collecting M&M statues.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willard Dugger, four sisters, Betty Farmer, Geraldine Anderson, Darlene Smith and Lillian Pardo, and one brother, Herbert Dale Dugger.

Her surviving family includes, her mother, Letha Dugger, of Stilwell; one brother, Ronnie and Vicky Dugger, of Stilwell; six sisters, Debbie Ann Dugger, of Guymon, Patricia and David Milliron, of Stilwell, Marlene Morfin, of San Rosa, CA, Donna Jo Dugger, of Henryetta, Lisa Farrow, of Stilwell and Teresa Spurlin, of Tahlequah. A host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends also survive her.

Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 3, 2012, at Hart Memorial Chapel with Ted Lawson and Terry Mays officiating. Interment will follow at Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
