Thomas Lee Smith
December 20, 1934 - July 6, 2006
Thomas Lee Smith was born December 20, 1934 in Craig, Missouri to Willie B. Smith and Lena Foster Smith and departed this life July 6, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years, 6 months and 15 days.
He was preceded in death by his parents Willie B. and Lena Smith; 1 brother: Willie Eugene Smith; 3 sisters: Frances, Betty and Annie Smith.
He is survived by his wife Julia of the home in Stilwell; several brothers and sisters and other relatives also survive him.
Graveside services were held Monday, July 10, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Stilwell Cemetery with Richard Gardner officiating.
Services were under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
