Ronnie Allen Ritchie, the son of Cecil and Gracie (Tillman) Ritchie was born November 12, 1943 and departed this life April 27, 2018 at the age of 74. He spent his entire life living in Stilwell, Oklahoma.

He graduated from Stilwell High School in 1961 and then worked for Green Giant harvesting green beans until he was injured in an accident. Since childhood he loved helping with cows, tinkering with farm equipment, and being outdoors. Once he was unable to work, he still enjoyed his childhood passions.

He was a prankster and mischievous until the day he moved to Heaven. He was no respecter of persons and had many friends from all walks of life. His greatest asset was helping others, especially those who were down and out...but his greatest pride and joy were his boys, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Iff you have been around him for any length of time, you probably heard about all of them.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers Norman (Gig) Ritchie and Robbie Ritchie; Diann’s son, Chris Gonzales; a brother-in-law Steve Olson, and a niece Jennifer Ott.

He is survived, by the love of his life for the past 28 years, Diann; two sons - Joey (from Wichita, Kansas) and his wife Elizabeth and their children Devonn and baby Emerson, Austyn, and Bradyn Ritchie and Courtney (Jeremy) Adkins and baby Aurora; Derrick Ritchie (from Tower Hill, Illinois) and his wife Karen and sons Josiah, Isaac, Nathanael, and Luke; Diann’s daughters Leah Duncan (Rick) and children Jake and Luke; and Michelle (Eric Sawney) and daughter Taylee; and son Chris’ children daughter Alyssa Sellers (OJ) and children Remington and Hazel; and son Andrew Gonzales. He is also survived by four sisters and their families, Sue Olson, LaPorte, Texas; Seretha (Don) Ott, Jenks, Wylene Brunk (Jim), Park Hill, and Brenda Etheridge (Ronnie), Broken Arrow, and sisters-in-law Sandy Ritchie, Gregory, Michigan and Heather Ritchie, Vici.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Roberts Funeral Home in Stilwell. A Memorial Service will be Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Stilwell City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, Ronnie requested that donations be made to Bidding Creek Baptist Church building fund, 317 W. Maple, Stilwell, Oklahoma 74960.
