Terry Gene Pitts 58 passed peacefully on September 25, 2021, at his home in Broken Arrow He was born July 17, 1963 in Oklahoma City, to Bill and Cletha Pitts. Terry was a lover of all sports, especially the Minnesota Vikings, a true diehard fan regardless of their record, with his dog Cheech by his side. Terry had a kind heart and was loved by everyone. He will be missed tremendously by everyone who knew him. He was of Baptist faith.

Terry attended Keys Elementary, Tahlequah High School and Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, where he earned his associate degree. He owned his own business in Tahlequah, Oklahoma before moving to Broken Arrow and began a career with Case and Associates until his death.

Terry did not let his illness define him and instead threw himself into his work and living. Throughout his years he was an absolute warrior, enduring so much relying on his strong faith. Though he faced a myriad of challenges with his medical issues he went to work every day and faced those challenges head on. Never complaining, and was always a loving, and supportive Son.

He his preceded in death by his Mother Cletha Pitts: Maternal Grandparents Orville and Faye Thompson, and Paternal Grandparents Raymond and Willie Pitts.

Terry is survived by his Father Bill Pitts of Broken Arrow and a host of family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on October 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Stilwell City Cemetery, Memorials can be made to American Cancer Society.
