Frances Helena (Wofford) Panter, the daughter of Thomas Wofford and Ruth (Floyd) Wofford, was born November 21, 1920, in Hanson, Oklahoma. On September 19, 2009, she passed from this life at Sequoyah Memorial Hospital in Sallisaw, Oklahoma at the age of 88 years, 9 months and 28 days.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 23, 2009, at the First Christian Church in Stilwell with Kevin Spurlock and Rev. David Kelley officiating. Interment will follow at Stilwell City Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
