Dennis Charles Nofire, the son of Sam and Polly (Scott) Nofire, was born September 28, 1950, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He passed from this life June 23, 2009, at his home in Stilwell, Oklahoma at 58 years of age.
His mother, Polly Nofire and one infant sister preceded Dennis in death.
His surviving family includes, his father, Sam Nofire, of Stilwell; his wife, Brenda Barnett, of Stilwell; two sons, Charles Barnett and Fred Barnett, of Sallisaw; one daughter, Mary Green, of Stilwell; three brothers, Richard Nofire, of Grove, Norman Nofire, of Tulsa and Sherman Nofire, of Welling; one sister, Euphemia John, of Tahlequah, six grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
