Ella Abbie Terrell, beloved wife, mother, sister and friend, was born September 21, 1934 in Watonga, OK.

Ella is preceded in death by her father and mother, John Click and Lillie Landreth, her sister; Betty Thompson and her grandson; Kevin Holloway.

Ella's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Other pleasures in life were making handmade quilts. She enjoyed traveling about the country with Sam and friends. Ella returned to college at the age of 39 years where she remained on the Deans Honor Roll until graduating with a degree in education. Ella worked at Adair County DHS and retired from there in 1996.

Ella leaves behind her husband of 53 1/2 years, Sam Terrell of Stilwell, OK., 3 daughters and one son; Pam Rogers and husband Steve of Welling, Linda Baker and husband Kenny of Langley, OK, Ron Terrell and wife Shelly of Stilwell, OK, Cindy Terrell and husband Lee of Pawnee, OK, 11 grandchildren, Mark Holloway of Stilwell, OK, Christy Carothers of Russellville, AR, Danile King of Pryor, OK, Audrea Terrell of Tulsa, OK, Lance Terrell of Tulsa, OK, Cody and Colton Terrell of Edmond, OK, Damien Terrell of Stilwell, OK, Bradley Champlain of Pawnee, OK, Tonya Champlain of Pawnee, OK, Nicole Terrell of Pawnee, OK, 11 great grandchildren; Witney Holloway, T.J. Burleson, Jacob and Sammie Holloway, Courtney and Blain Holloway, Morgan Homan, Nicholas Wolfe, Brandon Champlain, Samuel and Kaitlyn Champlain, 2 brothers; Jimmy and Wayne Landreth, 5 sisters; Lillie Bell Dunn, Carol Redick, Elsey Lawrence, Pat Brinson, Debbi Daniels, Numerous brothers ans sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, and Ella leaves behind cherished friends, too many to count.

Funeral services were held, Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Baptist Church with Bro. Roger Haney officiating.

Interment followed in the Spade Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
