Hayes Lee Cundiff, son of Bradley Lee Cundiff and Keri Lynn Hammer was born and gained his wings on June 26, 2019 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Melvin Hammer and Riverse and Sandra Cundiff.
 

He is survived by a very loving family that includes his parents; Bradley Cundiff and Keri Hammer, brothers; Chance, Cole, Bryson and Shade Cundiff, grandma; Carolyn Hammer. Uncles and Aunts; Brian Cundiff, Dozer Hammer and wife Michelle, Chris Hammer and wife Nikki, Cory Hammer and wife Susan, Brett Cundiff, Jeri Hammer and husband Mike, several cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Graveside services were held, Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Spade Mountain Cemetery.

Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed- Culver Funeral Home
