Kayden Kross Garcia, son of Mario Gene Garcia and Samantha Lee Smith was born November 2, 2012 in Tahlequah, OK, and gained his heavenly wings on May 17, 2015 in Welling, OK at the tender age of 2 years, 6 months and 15 days.

Kayden loved to dance, play with any type of ball especially basketballs and footballs and had a great love for his dog named "Bear". His smile was contagious and would light up any room he was in.

He was preceded in death by his great grandma; Edna Beaver.

Kayden is survived by a very loving family that includes his mother; Samantha Smith and Dante; Kayla Caughman of Muskogee, OK, Dad; Mario Garcia and companion Briana Luethje of Stilwell, OK, siblings; Taven Garcia, Paiten Garcia and Landyn Kennedy, grandparents; Regina Ballard of Tahlequah, OK, Rhonda Sanchez and husband Miguel of Stilwell, Ok, Catolino Garcia, great grandpa; Buck Hummingbird, great aunt; Faye Beaver, aunts and uncles; Miranda Ballard, Cheyenne Ballard, Randy Ballard III all of Tahlequah, OK, Rodrick Christie, Robert Garcia, Catalina Garcia, Carmen Christie, Veronica Christie. Several great aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

Funeral services were held, Friday, May 22, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Bro. Robert Fourkiller and Bro. Steve Campbell officiating. Interment followed in the South Bunch Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
