August 25, 1930 - September 4, 2006
Rev. Arthur Criss Walters, the son of Arthur B. Walters and Maude (Mayes) Walters, was born August 25, 1930 in Eldon, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with his Lord and Savior on September 4, 2006 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 76 years, and 10 days.
Rev. Walters married the love of his life, Iona Ritchie on September 12, 1986.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son: Jerry Lee Walters, 2 brothers: Johnny and Daniel Vaughn, 2 sisters: Opal Vaughn and Lee Hubbard.
He is survied by his wife, Iona Walters, 3 sons: Chris Walters, Thurman Ritchie and Leslie Ritchie, 8 daughters: Willa Dean Morris, Marta Zabrowski, Marilyn Gross, Marie Davidson, Jane Raimer, Betty Morton, Donna Whitmire and Kathy McKinney. Two sisters; Pauline Hogland and Betty McCollie, several grandchildren and great grandchildren
Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2006 at the Proctor Community Church with Rev. Bobby Long and Bro Raymond Walters offficiating.
Interment followed in the Proctor Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.

Ionia Vesteen "Dude" Walters daughter of Johniton France and Letha Safronia (King) Clinton was born January 21, 1928 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on December 28, 2014 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 86 years, 11 months and 7 days.

She loved going to chruch, attending gospel singings, camping, enjoyed sewing in her younger years, loved tending to her flowers and enjoyed having family get togethers. She was a licensed minister of the Flame of Fire ministries.

Dude was preceded in death by her parents; her husband's Lester Ritchie and Criss Walters; siblings; Lloyd, Jewell, Cressie, Bessie, Sherman, Bob, Neoma, Pug, Tom, Dollie, Ernie, son; Ozel Johnaton Ritchie.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her children; Marilyn Gross and husband Danny of Tahlequah, OK, Marie Johnson and husband Robert of Stilwell, OK, Thurman Ritchie and wife Madonna of Tahlequah, OK, Jane Ranier and husband Wayne of Kansas, OK, Betty Morton and husband Marvin of Spiro, OK, Donna Whittmore, Lesley Ritchie and wife Tammy all of Tahlequah, OK, Kathy Aultman of Shamrock, TX, Lewis Ritchie and wife Niki of Locust Grove, OK, Lisa Ritchie, Gina Newton and husband Danny all of Stilwell, OK, 4 sisters; Barbara King of Verden, OK, Betty Coombes and husband Curtis of Stilwell, OK, Margie Conrad of McAlester, OK, June Vankirk of Oologah, OK, 3 step children; Chris Walters, Willa Dean Morris, Marta Zabrowski, 40 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildrens, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.

Funeral services were held at 1 pm on Friday, January 2, 2015 at Proctor Community Church, Proctor, OK with Bro. Bill Holcomb and Rev. Raymond Walters officiating. Interment followed at Proctor Cemetery, Proctor, OK under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, OK.
