Graveside services for Horace Edward Hines will be held Sunday, December 31, 2006 at Proctor Cemetery in Proctor, Oklahoma.
Interment will follow under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Tahlequah.
Horace Edward Hines was born in Proctor, Oklahoma on February 18, 1926, the son of Vance Hines and Alice (Listenbee) Hines.
He passed away on December 28, 2006 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after reaching the age of 80 years, 10 months and 10 days.
He married Betty Hendrix, and together they raised two children. After Betty's passing, Horace married Marion.
Horace was preceded in death by his parents: by his first wife, Betty Hendrix Hines: by his brother, Art Hines, andy by his three sisters, Margaret Reese, Aubrey Richard and Ica Simpson Savage.
He is survived by his second wife, Marion Lee Hines, of the home: by his two children, Thomas E. Hines and wife Ruth of Bartlesville, OK and Patty Meyer and husband Chris of Stilwell, OK: by his four grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
