Terry Arnold Elmore

Terry Arnold Elmore, son of Charlie and Lois (Hastings) Elmore, was born on July 10, 1950 in Porterville, California and departed this life on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at his home in Chance, Oklahoma at 69 years of age.

The Westville area had been his home for most of his life and he was a graduate of Westville High School. Terry worked hard to support his family as a truck driver and to build them a good life.

He was a member of the First Assembly of God in West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma.

Terry was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and gardening. Terry loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren as often as possible.

He was well known and liked around Westville and will be dearly missed.


His parents: Charlie and Lois Elmore and his brother: Mike Elmore preceded him in death.


His memory will be cherished and kept in the hearts of his devoted family. They include his wife: Brenda (Bailey) Elmore of the home in Chance, his children: Brendan Elmore of the home, Jana Martin and husband Tony of Westville, Timothy Elmore and wife Kris of Bella Vista, Ark., Benjamin Fletcher and wife Angie of Westville, Allen Fletcher and wife Staci of Mountainburg, Ark., siblings: Joyce Fisher of Westville, Anna Edwards of West Fork, Ark., Norma Fletcher of Westville, Norman Elmore of Siloam Springs, Ark., Peggy Barton of Fayetteville, Ark., 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
 

Terry will also be remembered by his many friends.
 

Funeral services were held Friday, March 13, 2020 at Proctor Community Church, Proctor, with Rev. Terry L Scott and Bro. Marty Jones officiating.

Interment followed at Proctor Cemetery under the direction of Roberts & Hart Funeral Home, Westville.
