Faye Etta Pack, 58, a long time resident of Westville, Okla passed away July 17, 2006 at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital
She was married to Jess Pack for over 30 years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She devoted her life to raising five of her grandchildren.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Mable Willoughby and one sister, Judy Swain.
She is survived by her three children, Tim Pack and wife Lisa, Betty Clinton, and Sammy Pack; nine grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. Six brothers, Norman, Bob, Dallas, Jack, Vernon, and Ronald Gene. A host of nieces and nephews, friends and loved ones also survive her.
Graveside services were held July 21, 2006 at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery with Hermon Cox officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home of Westville, Oklahoma.
