Judy Emmaline Chuculate, the daughter of Bill and Mary (Davis) Pack, was born April 6, 1952, in Stilwell, Oklahoma. She departed this life December 14, 2012, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at 60 years of age.
Judy was a lifelong resident of Stilwell. She was married to Felix Chuculate and to this union was born five children, Daniel, Stanley, Sam, Rebecca and Sheila. Judy was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and proud grandmother to her family. She loved her grandchildren and they were her pride and joy. She enjoyed sewing, tending her roses, going to yard sales and attending church where she loved to sing.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Mary Pack, her husband, Felix Chuculate, in December of 2001, one sister, Teresa Gail and one brother, Danny Ray.
Her surviving family includes, her children, Daniel Chuculate and wife, Crystal, Stanley Chuculate and wife, Amanda, Sam Chuculate and Maggie, of the home, Rebecca Thompson and husband, Frank, Sheila Black and husband, Brandon, all of Stilwell; five brothers, Watie, Jess, Joe, Jerry and Terry Pack; four sisters, Betty Brown, Kathryn Waring, Oleta Stayathome and Barbara Luches, and 18 grandchildren, and longtime friend, Jesse Hawk. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive her.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bro. Joe White officiating.
 
Interment will follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
