Funeral service for Mrs. Myrtle Mae Simpson, who passed away at her home near Tahlequah on Saturday, August 23, was conducted from the New Hope church northwest of Westville Monday, August 25, with Rev. E. T. Odle in charge. Burial was in the New Hope cemetery with the Roberts Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include the husband, Jay Simpson, five daughters, Mrs. Lorene Summers, Spavinaw, Mrs. Marie Knighten and Mrs. Rhoda Mallory, Tulsa, Mrs. Mildred Henson, Kansas, and Mrs. Roberta Hicks of Tahlequah.
