Kenneth Gene Lingle, son of Jimmie and Nadine (Hampton) Lingle, was born on September 6, 1952 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas and departed this life in Springdale, Arkansas on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at the age of 58 years, 8 months and 28 days.
Kenneth was a Westville High School graduate. He also graduated from NSU with a Degree in Business and Accounting. He was a farmer and rancher for most of his life. Kenneth and Karen were married for 18 years. They are members of the Tabernacle of Praise Church in Westville. Kenneth was a loving father, husband and friend. He was an important part of the community and will be deeply missed.
Preceding him in death was his father: Jimmie Lingle and sister: Glenda Lingle.
Surviving him is his wife: Karen Lingle and son: Cole Lingle of the home in Watts, OK, sons: Lance Lingle and wife Zeynep of Istanbul, Turkey and Jason Lingle of Pryor, OK, daughter: Ashlee Gann and husband Chasen of Garden City, KS, grandchildren: Kallie Lingle of Westville, OK, Cashen Gann of Garden City, KS, mother: Nadine Lingle of Watts. Kenneth is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at Roberts Chapel with Bro. Chriss Harrison officiating. Interment followed at New Hope Cemetery, Chewey, OK under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home, Westville, OK.
