Sophia Lorraine England, daughter of Ralph Archie and Ethel (Handle) England, was born on April 24, 1965 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and passed from this life on Monday, September 2, 2013 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 48 years, 4 months and 9 days.

She lived her life for her family. She loved and cherished her children and grandchildren. Sophia was always surrounded by her loved ones and the Lord had blessed her with a large family. She was known and liked in the community. Sophia made friends easily and liked to visit with them as often as possible. She loved seeing new sights and spending time outdoors.

Remaining to keep her memory are her children: Sutanga Cypress of MS, Edna Cypress of Miami, FL, Lewis Cypress of Cushing, OK, Taloa Rodriguez and husband Mark of Stilwell, OK, Natasha Ross and husband Michael Greer of Tahlequah, OK, Kendra Ross of Taft, OK, Danetta Henson and husband Aaron of Tahlequah, 21 grandchildren, sisters: Deborah Grimmett of Sallisaw, OK, Sherry England of Stilwell, Carolyn Leach and husband Albert of Stilwell, Carmelita Brown of Tahlequah, brother: Howard Hopkins of Stilwell and many other family and friends.

Sophia was preceded in death by her parents: Ralph and Ethel England, brother: Dewayne Grimmett.

Funeral services at 2 pm on Monday, September 09, 2013 at Mulberry Tree Baptist Church with Bro. Robert Fourkiller officiating. Interment followed at Mulberry Tree Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
