Sallie Mink was born in Indian Territories about 1856 or 1857 and died at age 53 years on October 3, 1910 at Lees Creek Township, Adair Co., OK. She had been a resident of this area for 53 years. She was listed as a housewife, and cherokee. The cause of death was listed as consumption. No M.D. was listed.

She was buried on October 4, 1910 at the Mink Family Cemetery 10 miles south of Stilwell. R. J. Crocker was listed as the undertaker. Report filed October 4, 1910.
