Alay Mink was born in Indian Territories about 1893 or 1894 and died at age 17 years on February 8, 1911 at Lees Creek Township, Adair Co., OK. She had been a resident of this area for 17 years. She was listed as a cherokee female. The cause of death was listed as epilepsy. No M.D. was listed.
She was buried on February 9, 1911 at the Mink Family Cemetery 10 miles south of Stilwell. C. J. Crocker was listed as the undertaker. Report filed March 1, 1911.
