Norma Jo Lowe daughter of Sessler and Birdie (Killer) Feathers was born April 18, 1950 in Stilwell, OK and departed this life on September 13, 2016 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 66 years, 4 months and 26 days.

She enjoyed the duties that followed her role of being a very loving wife, mother and grandmother to her family. She grew up in the Greasy community and graduated from Stilwell High School and also attended NSU. She loved painting, watching old westerns and talking on the phone. She worked for CNI for over 20 years while her health permitted.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents Sessler and Birdie Feathers and 1 brother; Ed Feathers.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her husband; Tim Lowe of the home, son; Jimmy Daugherty, granddaughter Kristy Daugherty all of Stilwell, OK. 1 sister; Fannie Robinson of Fayetteville, AR, 1 brother; Michael Feathers of Maryland, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.

Private family services were held. Interment will be in the Killer Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home
