Ernestine Sue Miller, daughter of Edgar Lee and Lillian Bacee (Worley) West, was born October 13, 1934 in Rock Springs, OK and departed this life to be with our lord on November 10, 2017 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 83 years and 27 days.

Ernestine devoted countless hours extensively serving her church youth groups, preachers, etc. by hosting and feeding them all. She had many bonus children she helped throughout her yearswhen they had nowhere else to stay. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, spending time with family especially her grandkids. She also enjoyed keeping people healthy and writing the weekly wellness column for the Stilwell DJ.

She graduated from Stilwell High School and worked as an accountant for several years before returning to school and becoming a Registered Nurse.

Ernestine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Donald Wayne Miller, daughter; Janice DeAnn Fell and brother; Bill West.

She is survived by a very loving family that includes her sons; Steve Miller and wife Tammi of Tulsa, OK, Joe Miller and Dawn of Stilwell, OK, grandchildren; Rebecca Callahan and "T" husband Miles of Tulsa, OK, Ben Miller and wife Hannah of Ponca City, OK, Margaret Birch and husband Jordan of Bixby, OK, Bryce Miller and Lindsay of Stilwell, OK, Desiree Fell and Katelyn Miller of Tahlequah, OK. Great grandson; Jack Birch of Bixby, OK, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.

Funeral services were held at 10 am on Monday, November 13, 2017 at Roberts/Reed- Culver Chapel, Stilwell, OK with Bro. Josh Hopkins officiating. Interment followed at Elm Grove Cemetery, Stilwell, OK.
