Graveside services for Jerry Mose Brown, age 67, of Stilwell, were held Friday, January 5, 2007 at Elm Grove Cemetery with Rev. Ted Lawson officiating.
Burial was under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
Jerry Mose brown, the son of Clifford Brown and Rose (Workman) Brown, was born May 30, 1939 in Adair County, OKlahoma and departed this life January 3, 2007 at his home in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years, seven months, and three days.
Jerry joined the U.S. Navy in 1956 and received an honorable discharge in 1960.
Preceding him in death were his father, Clifford Brown; his wife, Doris (Proctor) Brown and their infant child; one sister, Geraldine Edwards.
Surviving family includes his mother, Rose Brown, of Stilwell; one son, Jerry M. Brown, Jr. and wife Mona of Stilwell; two brothers, Harold Brown and wife Glenda, Roy Brown and wife Sandra, all of Stilwell; and two grandchildren, Chasity and Chloe Brown, both of Stilwell.
