Damon Wayne Stayathome
November 6, 1962 - April 15, 2007
Damon Wayne Stayathome, son of Kathryn Fourkiller, was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma on November 6, 1962 and departed this life April 15, 2007 at the age of 44 years, 5 months and 9 days at Tahlequah City Hospital.
He gave his life to the Lord on April 10, 1977 at Fairfield Baptist Church.
Damon was employed by Baldor Electric for twelve years.
Damon also enjoyed fishing, gardening, riding four-wheelers, cooking and barbequing.
Damon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents; Lloyd and Mary Stayathome, three uncles; Webster Stayathome of Wilmington, Delaware, Donald Turn of Stilwell and Lacy Hogner also of Stilwell.
He is survived by his mother, Kathryn Fourkiller, two brothers, Robert Fourkiller and Lawrence Fourkiller and wife Kayna, one niece Audra Fourkiller, two uncles, Arch Stayathome and wife Vada and Ben Turn, two aunts, Wanda Hudson and husband Lewis and Linda Lindsey and husband Mark all of Stilwell and a host of family and friends.
Services will be held Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bros. Donnie Sanders and Joey Ketcher officiating.
Interment followed at England Hollow Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
