Lottie Louise Pritchett, daughter of Sevenstar and Flora (McKenzie) Jones was born September 30, 1923 in Stilwell, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on November 25, 2011 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 88 years, and 25 days.
She was a very loving mother and grandmother to her family, her grandkids and great grandchildren brought her much joy. She worked for Merriott’s laundry for many years. She was a great cook and chicken and dumplings were her specialty. She also loved shopping, going out to eat dinner and finding good garage sales.
Lottie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Austin R. Pritchett, 2 daughters; Bernice Terry Evans and Wanda Sue Miller, 1 sister; Nancy Mullaney, brothers; Leonard, Wesley, Ed, Walter and Mack Hummingbird and Richard Jones.
She is survived by a very loving family that includes her 2 sons; Jr. Ross and wife Beverly, and Jerry Ross all of Stilwell, OK, 9 grandchildren; Pamela Graham of California, Donna Evans of Dallas, TX, Rhonda Wallander of Coppell, TX, Kevin Evans; active military Marines, New Orleans, Ron Mulkey of Broken Bow, OK, Robin Burnett of Casper, WY, Brian Ross of Tulsa, OK, Angela Martin and Nicki Petree both of Stilwell, OK, 18 great grandchildren, five sisters; Jewell Milsap of Stilwell, OK, Florene Brooks of Ketchum, OK, Joann Kenney, Louise Carr both of Cookson, OK, Lucille Cain of Tahlequah, OK, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.
Funeral services were held, Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ted Lawson and Bro. Ellis Foster officiating. Interment followed in the Echota Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
