Rosa Ella Hummingbird was born to Alex and Eliza (Tidwell) Hummingbird on August 11, 1946 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Rosa departed this life on May 23, 2018 at home in Stilwell at the age of 71 years, 9 months and 12 days.

Rosa was a gentle soul who was loved by her family. She will be dearly missed by them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Sadie Aragon,two nephews, Jonah Galcatcher and Robert Christie.

Those left to cherish her memory are, brothers Alex Hummingbird Jr. and wife Margaret, Buck Hummingbird and wife Faye, sisters Loretta Galcatcher, Cynthia Hummingbird, Patricia Beaver and husband Niel Catron, all of Stilwell and many nieces and nephews.

Rest in peace Rosa, where the roses never fade.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 25, 2018 at Echota Cemetery with Bro. Joe Christie officiating. Final arrangements were entrusted to Hart Funeral Home.
