Eucha Galcatcher - Stilwell Democrat Journal - November 14, 1996
Funeral services for Eucha Galcatcher, 72, of Stilwell, were held Thursday, November 7 at 2 p.m. at Hart Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ellis Foster and Rev. George Polecat officiating. Burial was in the Echota Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
He was born on November 18, 1923, in Adair County to Lee Galcatcher and Leona Cloud Galcatcher. He died Monday, November 4, at the Stilwell Nursing Home.

He was a retired maintenance worker at Stilwell Foods. He was married to Mary Jane Coon on June 5, 1962. She preceded him in death on May 13, 1983. He was also preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Bob, Tom, and Josh Galcatcher. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church.
He is survived by one son, Joe Eddie Galcatcher and his wife, Betty, of Stilwell; one daughter, Charlotte Galcatcher Flute and her husband, Norman Flute of Welling; one sister, Peggy Bradley, of Cherokee, North Carolina; six grandchildren, Teresa Flute of Keys, Renee Holloway, Roberta, Regina, Ronetta, and Ryan Galcatcher of Stilwell; two foster grandchildren, Alicia and Diane Owl; one great granddaughter, Chaislyn Holloway; and one unborn great grandchild; six nephews and three nieces.
