© Hart Funeral Home
June 2013
Submitted by: Martha Real
David Jack “Deathopolis” Foster was born March 6, 1994, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to Tamirah Foster and David RomanNose. He departed this life on June 16, 2013, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, at the age of 19 years, 3 months and 10 days.
D.J. was a funny loving young man. He loved to dance, sing and play soccer. But most of all he loved his sister, Darrion and brothers, Jacob and Kenneth; they were his priority. As long as they were ok he was too. He loved all of his family. D.J. was constantly joking and playing practical jokes on his family.
D.J. discovered soccer when he attended Muskogee High School. He was awarded, “Most Improved” because when D.J. did something, he did it the best he could. His coach, Coach Riley, was the best coach ever. He said his soccer team was like a second family, where we all help each other.
D.J. always wanted to help people. He would do what he could to make the people around him happy. He liked helping his Momo with whatever she was doing. And he looked forward every year to going deer hunting with his Papa. D.J. loved camping, swimming, drinking pop, eating sandwiches and chips. According to D.J., sitting around the fire, roasting marshmallows and talking with everybody was the best.
Because D.J. was the first grandchild, he was very protective of his cousins, all 7 of them, Justice, Adrian, Mya, Cashus, Sasha, Little Manuel and Alysia. They were more like brothers and sisters.
D.J. was a loving young man who would want everyone to remember him with a smile.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Jamie Denise Foster and grandmothers, Martha Foster and Elsie Fixin.
He is survived by his mother, Tamirah Foster, of Muskogee; father, David RomanNose, of Oklahoma City; Momo, Carolyn Foster, of Muskogee; special Papa Jack Foster and wife, Paula, of Porter; grandmother, Margaret RomanNose and Gee-Pa Lawrence, of Oklahoma City; one sister, Darrion and two brothers, Jacob and Kenneth, of Muskogee; special aunts he loved very much, Mitzi Foster, Jackie Jo Cantrell and Candace Delgado; uncle, Manuel Delgado and his very special uncle, Doyle Cantrell, all of Muskogee, his great aunt, Buggy, seven first cousins he loved very much. D.J. leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing and his loyal beloved dog, Roxey.
Always remember his loving heart and caring ways.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2013, at Echota Baptist Church with Bro. Gary Leach officiating. Interment will follow at Echota Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Stilwell.
