Krissy Elaine Cooksey
February 20, 1976-October 15, 2007
Krissy Elaine Cooksey, daughter of Roy and Janice Cooksey, was born on February 20, 1976, and was taken from this life on October 15, 2007, at 31 years, 7 months and 25 days.
She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and sister. A very strong spirit. Krissy had a wonderful personality, she was always laughing and joking and always congenial to everyone. Krissy was a homemaker and lived in the Rocky Mountain Community.
She is preceded in death by her father, Roy Cooksey, mother, Janice Lee Cooksey, grandmother, Pauline Leach, and grandmother, Katie Cooksey.
She is survived by a loving family that includes her husband; Margarito Balderas of the home in Stilwell, OK., daughters, Katelyn Janiece Cooksey and Kianna Michelle Cooksey of the home, a very special aunt; Ella Mae Worley, three brothers; Brandon Lee Cooksey of Tulsa, OK., Jeral Dewayne Pettit of Stilwell, OK., Michael Roy Cooksey of Stilwell, OK., and one sister; Christa Lee (Catron) Luethje of Stilwell, OK. Thirteen nieces, nephews, along with many more dearly loved relatives and friends also survive her.
Funeral services were held Friday, October 19, 2007 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bro. Merle Gregory and Bro. Bridge Chuckluck officiating.
Interment followed at Echota Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
