Grady Leon Jarvis
February 10, 1933-January 14, 2008
Grady Leon Jarvis son of Walter Lee and Laura Elizabeth (Wright) Jarvis was born February 10, 1933 in Atoka, OK., and departed this life on January 14, 2008 in Tulsa, OK., at the age of 74 years, 11 months and 4 days.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister; Edna Hale, 2 brothers; Roy Jarvis and Cotton Jarvis.
Grady is survived by a very loving family that includes his wife; Nadine Jarvis of the home in Stilwell, OK., 8 children; Rick Jarvis and wife Loretts, Ronnie Jarvis all of Blackwell, OK., Linda Jarvis of Enid, OK., Grady Jarvis and wife Brandy of Tonkawa, OK., Terry Drake and wife Kadie of Lahoma, OK., Diana Caddick and husband Ron Jr., of Stilwell, OK., Lee Filsmyer and wife Kimberly of Tulsa, OK., Eric Jarvis and wife Jessica of Stilwell, OK., 20 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, siblings; Elomer Jarvis and wife Margaret of Walters, OK., Eldon Jarvis and wife Stephanie of Okmulgee, OK., Gene Robblin and husband Melvin of Hillard, FL., John Jarvis and wife Grace of Carnegie, OK., Liz Jennings and husband J.D. of Lawton, OK, 2 sister in laws; Alta May Jarvis of Oklahoma City, OK., and Zella Jarvis of Shawnee, OK., several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
Funeral services were held Friday January 18, 2008 in the Pleasant View Church of Christ with Gerald Buckner officiating.
Interment followed in the Ewing Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
